BAGS

  • Clear bag that does not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″ 

  • One-gallon clear plastic bag

  • Small clutch bags with a max size of 4.5″ x 6.5″ 

  • Medical Necessities

  • Bookbags are not allowed 

  • You may ask our staff if you can store your bookbag in the box office, we are not responsible for any personal items if lost. 

PHOTOS

All cameras are allowed unless otherwise not permitted by the artist - photographers are asked to please 

keep flash to a minimum as its distracting to the performers and guests. If you are requesting a photo pass 

you must email us or artists management at least 24 hours prior to the show. Only photographers with a 

valid photo pass will be allowed special access (on stage, any other staff or band regulated areas). Photographers without a photo pass will not be allowed on stage.

Please email production@newbrooklandtavern.com for photo pass requests. 

LOWER 
LEVEL BAR

The new location for New Brookland Tavern has 2 full bars downstairs - only guests over the age of 21 with a VALID government issued ID are allowed in the downstairs bar areas and are permitted to take their drinks anywhere within the building and patio - no drinks are allowed out front of the venue. 

All guests under 21 can enter the show room from the front staircase entrance to the right of the building. 

LOWER LEVEL BAR IS FREE OF COVER DURING A SHOW UNLESS OTHERWISE.

ADA
ACCESS

Please email carlin@newbrooklandtavern.com for info on ADA access to the show room at least 24 hours prior to the show so we can ensure you have appropriate knowledge of where to go / what to do upon arriving to the venue.

REFUNDS

All presale / advance tickets may be given a refund with 72 hours of purchase. Day of show and at the door ticket sales are final. In the event of a show cancellation, all tickets will be automatically refunded. For inquiries on more info see customer support below.

All customer information collected via online ticket sales is not shared with any third party companies and is solely used for contact purposes.
